Covid-19 Measures
Coronavirus has taken hold of the world and affected everyone in our society. Increased measures are clearly necessary to prevent the spread of the virus and we support this as the safety and well being of our neighbours comes first. Despite this crisis, we are doing our utmost to provide you with the best possible care when buying or selling a home. We will always handle personal contact and hygiene with the greatest importance.
When selling, buying or valuing a home, it is usually necessary to view it. These viewings will continue as usual by appointment only. You also have the option to view our properties via the Virtual Tours that come with our properties. If you wish to have your home valued but you feel uncomfortable with anyone entering your home then we can conduct this via Zoom or another video call such as WhatsApp.

We won't shake hands, as much as it feels unnatural not to.

Door handles, kitchen handles and the like will be disinfected beforehand but we ask you not to touch anything

If you have a temperature or persistent cough then you must cancel the appointment
We always work from home so we are already well prepared for looking after your needs during the lockdown
