HERE IS WHY OUR OPEN DAYS
ARE INCREDIBLY EFFECTIVE!
Open Day events have proven us numerous times to be an effective way to sell property. Did you know that 97% of all our open days lead to multiple offers and a successful sale?
How come these days are so effective? At Marcus Reilly Estate Agents we are happy to be transparent about what it is that we do to help you find the best buyer for your home!
97% of our Open Days end in a succesful sale!
1. RELAX AND ENJOY THE VIEW
Nobody likes to be rushed, especially not when it comes to viewing the place you potentionally want to move into. We aim for organised, timed appointments that offer buyers the ability to view at their leisure. Taking away the rushed feeling gives anyone the time to look around and visualize their future. We think it's important viewers get time to visualize their potential future. Timed appointments are also a highly efficient way of viewing property meaning less inconvenience for the property owners or occupants.
2. There's room for questions
At the end of the day we understand that buyers are on a journey to find their next home. Logically, buyers will have questions. We come prepared understanding that they will want to ask personal property questions. We want to give buyers the right advice. The advice that benefits them. We can offer that during viewings because the booked time slots will allow buyers plenty to time to look around and stick around for questions. After all, our open days last a few hours – we’ll give each buyer all the time they need.
3. Best possible pricing
By concentrating the interest from buyers we are able to achieve the best possible price in the current market. Buyers who are keen on a property are able to gauge the genuine interest from other potential buyers. If planned properly with a good strategy they can be highly effective and an exciting event. Still, open days will give the opportunity for less serious buyers, or those at the very start of their journey to view property without feeling that they are wasting the agents or sellers time
